At Fearn Fitness Small Group and Personal Training, we believe that because personal training is a complex science it requires a combination of experience, training and education in order to deliver safe and effective results in fun, motivational sessions. All our sessions are run by a fully qualified personal trainer with more than 25 years teaching experience.
I have been training and working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. For me, staying both physically and mentally fit, strong and healthy is part of daily life. I have trained and educated many clients over the years motivating them to achieve their goals beyond their wildest imagination from, improving strength or posture, to rehabilitation post trauma, to fat loss, improved confidence to specific achievements such as, climbing The Three Peaks, a Full Marathon and Fitness Modelling.
Personal achievements include, completing the Birmingham Velo 100 miles cycle, several Sprint Duathlons 5k Run, 20k Cycle, 5k Run and currently training for the London Duathlon, 10k Run, 44K Cycle, 10k.
