Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels using techniques that build body strength emphasising core muscles including glutes, tummy and back muscles.
Pilates is an excellent training method for building strength but it isnt an aerobic exercise so should be combined with alternative exercise for an all round fitness program.
