On line Training
An online training programme will be specifically designed for each individual, with progression and goals to work towards. We will provide video instruction for any exercises that are unknown and be on hand to guide you through any difficulties. Communication will be handled online using a variety of communication tools such as FaceTime, Zoom, Messenger, email etc.
This training is ideal for those further afield and experienced gym goers. We will go through each exercise, making sure you comprehend your customised programme and are able to carry out the exercises fully and safely.
