One to One, as suggested refers to a customised program that is designed to the individual client's needs, their abilities and aspirations. It is our priority to ensure that each person that embarks on this type of training receives our highest level of support to help motivate them towards their goals!

A customised training programme will be written to suit your lifestyle whilst working towards your goals and all programmes are specific to the individual. If someone is limited to time, whether having 1-2-1 sessions, programme introduction sessions or online training, it will be documented to make sure your goals are achieved within a specific time frame.
