Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions generally consist of no more than 10 clients which enables us to supervise and direct each person to use safe and effective techniques whilst exercising and more importantly ensure postural correction when required. The sessions are based upon the principles of Pilates; concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing where we focus the entire body to ensure smooth movement.
